Research & Development

Through research and development we address socioecological factors that impact health outcomes in creative and inclusive ways.

Our social factor research enables integration of health-related social needs (HRSN) into reflective care and delivery system reforms on a local level. The organization’s leadership conducts qualitative and quantitative research to partner with the disorderly and/or socioeconomically deprived communities to better understand and address factors related to their health outcomes. Our population health aspirations have created a platform for art, cultural development, and neighborhood transformation. Through research and development, we aim to strengthen communities through grants, classes, residencies, access to our social care delivery and healthcare programming. Looking ahead, we’re excited about the potential of addressing the upstream & modifiable pathways through which disorderly neighborhoods affect health outcomes in socioeconomically deprived areas. We will continue to actively hold dialogues pertaining to our research with local leaders to further explore ideas like collective impact and discuss the preconditions for successfully addressing socioecological factors that impact health outcomes in creative and inclusive ways.
